Contribute to the growth and sustainability of Tasmania's social and affordable housing system by contributing to the implementation of programs and initiatives that improve Tasmania's community infrastructure portfolio.

* Develop effective relationships with stakeholders and clients to achieve successful outcomes for identified social and affordable housing programs and initiatives.
* Maintain efficient business processes, procedures, and information management to support project delivery.
Required skills and qualifications include:
* High level project management skills, preferably within the building and construction sector in Tasmania.
* Strategic, conceptual, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills, including the ability to make sound recommendations and exercise discretion in an environment of change and uncertainty.
* Effective communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to build productive relationships and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
