About the opportunityReporting to the Finance Business Partner, your focus will be to manage the full financial accounting cycle ensuring accurate reporting, compliance and strong financial governance.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:Managing the month end process from reconciliations and accruals to preparing insightful financial and KPI reportsPlaying an active role in preparing accurate budgeting, forecasting, and supporting medium term financial planningEnsuring compliance with statutory obligations including, BAS, IAS, FBT, payroll tax, Workcover and superannuation submissionsPartnering with key stakeholders across the business to strengthen financial controls and decision makingAssisting with payroll processing, audits and the maintenance of asset and capital investment projectsContributing to ongoing cash flow management and process improvements to enhance efficiencyAbout youYou will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger.
In addition, you are:Qualified Accountant with proven experience in Accounting (CA/CPA qualifications) or professional services experience.Advance Excell skills, experience in ERP systems, ideally in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&OHighly organised with strong attention to detail and process complianceStrong communicator with the ability to collaborate with others and build relationships with stakeholdersPositive attitude with a continuous improvement mindsetWe are keen to improve female (and other marginalised groups) representation in our workplaces.
