Mader Group has an exciting new opportunity in our Pilbara Shuts Trucks and Ancil Division for a full-time, Perth based Coordinator to join the team. This diverse role will have you working across an exciting scope of work, giving you the opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects and services.
Responsibilities
- Coordination & Engagement with our Mechanical teams – being proactively involved with our crews with regular catch ups and seeing how you can best build your team
- Proactively developing client relations & seeing areas of growth in recent markets
- Providing expertise on services available within the Group
- Embracing the Mader Culture by ensuring your teams are well looked after – Our employees are #1
Skills & Experience
- A strong background in a similar role in the Mobile Maintenance space
- Trade Background (Ideal but not essential)
- Outstanding customer relations and people management skills
- Enthusiastic to win new business, build on relationships and execute plans
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- High-level communication and negotiating skills
- Sound knowledge utilising Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s licence
