We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic sales assistant to join our team in Waurn Ponds. As a key member of the store's success, you will be responsible for driving sales, operational excellence, and providing exceptional customer service.
About the Role
* Provide outstanding customer service experience with premium products.
* Work as part of a high-performing team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
* Process large volumes of stock and assist with click-and-dispatch orders.
* Maintain in-store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning.
* Maintain a positive attitude at all times to deliver an unforgettable shopping experience.
Requirements
* Previous retail experience preferred but not essential.
* A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
* Passion for sportswear and lifestyle apparel and footwear.
* Ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment.
* Self-motivation and willingness to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
