**The Role**
This full-time position involves working at our Fortitude Valley store, covering 76 hours over a fortnight, including every second weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing professional customer service to retail and trade customers
* Promoting and expanding Trade Loyalty Programs and accounts
* Developing product knowledge to assist customers in making informed choices
* Achieving personal sales targets and supporting team members to meet business goals
* Contributing to the overall store presentation through merchandising and general housekeeping
**What You Need**
To be successful in this role, you'll require:
* Previous experience in a retail environment
* Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with customers
* An energetic and enthusiastic approach to your job
* Competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
* The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
