Redpath Partners have been exclusively retained to source a outstanding opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a top-tier global studio renowned for delivering complex, high-profile architecture across multi-residential and aged care developments.
This role offers exposure to landmark, city-shaping projects, working alongside some of the industry's most respected design and technical leaders. You will play a pivotal leadership role across both design and delivery, contributing strategically while mentoring teams and influencing project outcomes at scale.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design development and delivery of complex, large-scale projects
* Provide design and technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams
* Manage and coordinate consultants, contractors and key stakeholders
* Ensure projects align with complex design, planning and regulatory frameworks
* Collaborate closely through concept, design development and documentation stages
* Contribute to studio-wide design discussions and project direction
Skills & Experience
* 10+ years' post-registration experience, ideally within the living sector
* Proven leadership capability guiding teams through complex project phases
* Exceptional communication skills with confidence managing multiple stakeholders
* Highly developed design sensibility with strong attention to detail
* Sound knowledge of the DBP Act, BCA and Australian Standards
* Strong understanding of construction methodologies and delivery processes
* Ability to thrive in a collaborative, design-driven studio environment
* A proactive mindset and genuine passion for delivering high-quality, impactful architecture
