About The Role
Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for business development and customer growth? We’re looking for an Area Sales Manager to lead and grow our business in your region, delivering outstanding service, driving new opportunities, and exceeding revenue and GP targets.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business through lead generation and outbound sales activities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and execute a regional business plan to exceed revenue and GP targets
- Build strong relationships with key customers to encourage engagement and growth
- Maintain in-depth product and industry knowledge to support customer needs
- Identify and qualify new opportunities within the target market
- Work closely with marketing to support campaigns and increase market reach
- Monitor and report on sales performance and regional market conditions
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a related industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to growing your territory
- Solid understanding of sales strategy and customer needs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure
- Experience using CRM
- Experience working remote/autonomous role
