Job Description
Leverage data-driven insights to optimize supply chain performance and support informed decision-making.
Create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel to provide actionable insights and improve reporting efficiency.
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels, reduce waste, and maximize sales.
Analyze historical trends, seasonality, and market dynamics to improve forecast accuracy at both network and site levels.
Integrate promotional and LTO forecasts into planning systems to enable seamless operational execution.
Monitor supplier and DC performance against KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the network.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Procurement, and Operations to align plans and deliver strategic projects.
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in demand planning and supply chain operations, ideally within FMCG, QSR, or retail environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel (including VBA/DAX), plus familiarity with SQL or Python for data analysis.
Hands-on understanding of inventory management and distribution processes, ensuring recommendations are practical and effective.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate across Marketing, Finance, Procurement, and Operations.
Proactive, self-starter mindset with a track record of driving process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Commercial awareness and adaptability, balancing analytical rigor with operational realities in a fast-paced environment.
