The Director's office requires a highly skilled and professional support staff to ensure smooth operation. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for drafting correspondence, reports and presentations, coordinating meetings and liaising with stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Drafting high-quality correspondence, reports and presentations to meet deadlines.
* Coordinating meetings and appointments for the Director, including preparing agendas and meeting minutes.
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to provide excellent customer service.
* Managing priorities and maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience supporting Senior Executives with strong understanding of confidentiality and discretion.
* Advanced communication skills with ability to liaise across all levels of the organisation.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
* A collaborative mindset aligned with NSW Health CORE values – Collaboration, Openness, Respect, and Empowerment.
* A current Class C driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.
