We are seeking an experienced Administrator on a part-time, fixed-term basis to join our team in Ararat. As a key member of our district office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our volunteers and staff while providing guidance and ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Efficient Office Management: Ensure our district office operates seamlessly, prioritizing tasks and issues on behalf of management and staff.
* Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external clients, handling interactions with diplomacy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
* Document Management and Preparation: Oversee the preparation, retention, and accessibility of reports and documents using appropriate record management systems.
* Relationship Building: Cultivate strong networks and cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional resolution of issues.
* Coordination: Manage district-related financial transactions and associated record-keeping.
