We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer experiences and deliver tailored solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in identifying customer needs, and demonstrate the ability to provide seamless service.
The role involves working closely with customers to understand their banking requirements, recommending Smarter Banking options, and ensuring a consistent experience across all touchpoints.
Mileage is reimbursed for travel between locations. The working hours are 5 days per week, Monday-Thursday 9:00 am–4:30 pm, Friday 9:00 am–5:30 pm.
