Senior Asset Management Specialist
The role involves strategic oversight of the asset portfolio, encompassing property, fleet, and machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic planning for acquisitions, disposals, and developments of assets.
* Oversight of contracts, leases, and supplier agreements to ensure compliance with risk, safety, and insurance requirements.
* Management of refurbishments, fit-outs, and preventative maintenance for assets.
* Leading and supporting the Asset Management team.
* Ensuring effective budget management and cost optimisation for asset services.
Travel Requirements: The position requires regular travel within metro and regional areas to cover a wide geographic span.
Additional Requirements: Some flexibility in working hours may be required on occasion.
