Job Opportunity
The purpose of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and perform guest services and housekeeping duties within the park. You will represent our business in a positive manner while undertaking tasks such as cleaning and preparing accommodation for guests, changing bed linens, and general public park areas.
* Deliver high-quality customer service, including interacting with guests face-to-face, via telephone, and internet for bookings, inquiries, and complaints.
* Perform general office duties, banking, and cleaning of office/kiosk.
* Prepare correspondence, record keeping of all mail, and carry out filing in accordance with procedures.
* Assist Park Manager and Supervisors with the opening and closing of office and kiosk/store.
* Receive and dispense monies via computerized point-of-sale register.
* Assist with stock take and invoicing for kiosk, store, cabin, office, and cleaning equipment and chemicals.
* Direct visitors within the park and assist in social media administration at park level as required.
* Undertake cleaning of interior and exterior cabin areas and amenities blocks.
* Follow work health and safety procedures.
* Be physically fit, able to lift up to 11kg, and work up to an eight-hour shift standing or moving on your feet.
