The Role
At the French, our Student Advisors form part of the Student Recruitment and Admissions Team who inspire the next generation of Beauty Therapists to dream and become the creators of the Future of Beauty.
The Team motivates students to follow their dreams and create a career in beauty, through personalised career advice, clear enrolment processes, supportive investment advice and study plan guidance, as well as continuous engagement throughout their student experience at The French Beauty Academy.
This role will operate from our Gold Coast campus and will be working closely with teammates at our Brisbane and Adelaide campuses too.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate will have:
* Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a proven ability to motivate people to act on their dreams.
* A deep passion for the beauty industry, education and personal development.
* Exceptional internal drive, with a tenacious work ethic and commitment to recruit the next generation of Beauty Therapists of Australia.
* Proven influential presentation skills and confidence in leading events.
* Solution-focused mindset.
* Strong listening skills with the ability to understand personal circumstances by actively questioning and clarifying concerns.
* High level organisational skills with an ability to manage competing demands and prioritise tasks to meet team goals.
* Proactive, with the ability to use initiative and work with minimal supervision.
* Existing knowledge and experience using a Customer Relationship Management System.
