As a Fundraiser and Communications Coordinator, you will play a key role in securing vital funding to support the organization's projects and vision.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies and campaigns, building and maintaining relationships with donors, partners, and sponsors, researching and identifying new funding opportunities, preparing compelling proposals, grant applications, and fundraising materials, organizing and coordinating fundraising events and activities, tracking, reporting, and analysing fundraising performance and donor engagement.
You will also develop and implement communication plans to promote the organization's work and impact, manage internal and external communications, create engaging content for various platforms, coordinate with project teams to gather stories, updates, and impact data, and maintain and grow the organization's brand presence and messaging consistency.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in fundraising, marketing, communications or related field, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong networking and relationship-building abilities, strong storytelling and content creation abilities, creativity, resourcefulness, organisation, and results-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Fundraising
o Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies and campaigns
o Build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and sponsors
o Research and identify new funding opportunities (individuals, corporates, grants, trusts)
o Prepare compelling proposals, grant applications, and fundraising materials
o Organize and coordinate fundraising events and activities
o Track, report, and analyse fundraising performance and donor engagement
* Communications
o Develop and implement communication plans to promote the organisation's work and impact
o Manage internal and external communications, including magazines, newsletters, press releases, website, and social media
o Create engaging content (written, visual, and multimedia) for various platforms
o Coordinate with project teams to gather stories, updates, and impact data
o Maintain and grow the organisation's brand presence and messaging consistency
