The Victorian division is seeking a Portable Fire Technician to join our service team to look after our client base in the north-west Victorian region, predominantly around Horsham.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the servicing of Fire Equipment in accordance with the Australian Standards along with Fire Equipment product sales across a diverse range of industries.

Responsibilities
- Maintenance and repair of portable fire protection equipment to Australian Standards
- Routine testing in accordance with Australian Standards to fire protection equipment
- Liaising with customers, promoting a professional and friendly relationship
- Ensuring compliance to Environmental Health and Safety requirements
- Fire equipment product sales across a diverse range of industries
Qualifications
- Fire industry experience would be highly regarded but is not essential
- VBA licence in fire hose reels and unpumped hydrants is preferred but not essential as training can be provided
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Strong focus and commitment to workplace safety
- Excellent customer service and time management
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Positive personal presentation
- Willingness to multi-skill into other areas of fire protection
- Availability to participate in a callout roster and travel to regional surrounding areas from time to time
