What You'll Do
* Provide clinical guidance and support to a small team through supervision, mentoring, report reviews and professional development within the NDIS sector.
* Support quality service standards and evidence-based practice.
* Drive service innovation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
* Manage a smaller, varied caseload while delivering high‑quality clinical support in the community.

What You'll Bring
* Registered Speech Pathologist: You must have registration as a Speech Pathologist.
* At least five years of postgraduate clinical work.
* Passion for working with people with disabilities. NDIS and/or disability sector experience is preferred but not essential.
* Experience working in community services settings and willingness to provide services within the community, including in‑home.
* Love for mentoring and developing young clinicians and leaders, inspiring them to be great.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Energetic, fun and a vibrant diverse team enjoys working together.
