An exciting opportunity exists to join Digital Health Technical Services as Director. This role provides leadership, direction and day-to-day management of operational and strategic technology services that support clinical service delivery across the HHS. Working closely with clinical, technical and vendor partners, the Director ensures digital systems and infrastructure are designed, implemented and managed to meet business needs.

The Chief Information Office provides high-level strategic leadership, direction and accountability relating to digital health, ICT and the clinical systems used across CHHHS for treatment, diagnostics, administration, reporting and other business functions.

About your role:
* Ensure that the service delivery meets or exceeds the agreed-upon service levels, including appropriate management of incidents, problems, and changes, and ensuring that ICT services are delivered in a consistent, reliable, and efficient manner.
* Direct the Digital Health Technical Services team to deliver effective digital health and ICT support services through the initiation, development, implementation and support of all local ICT systems, resources and infrastructure.
* Monitor service delivery metrics and identify areas of improvement to enhance the overall service delivery experience.
