Job Title: Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to lead our sales team and ensure exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:

* Support daily store operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales goals.
* Lead the sales team, motivating them to achieve objectives.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
* Maintain product displays, signage, and merchandising standards throughout the store.
* Assist in training and onboarding new employees to ensure a knowledgeable team.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock replenishment and orders.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
* Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate others.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* University diploma required; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
