We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers across Western Sydney, South Coast, and Newcastle.

* You will travel to various sites to maintain client relationships and support operations.
* Your experience in Hotel, Duty, or Property Management will be valuable in this position.
* You will manage customer enquiries and conduct site tours to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
* As a key member of our sales team, you will focus on improving conversion rates by managing the sales pipeline effectively.
* You will implement sales programs to increase the uptake of additional services and monitor service standards and customer feedback regularly.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be adaptable, flexible, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
