Role Summary
* This key position involves effective end-to-end management of digital products, taking them from strategy through to initial idea, implementation, support and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
The role includes:
* Managing the product backlog for alignment with business objectives and user needs;
* Planning and organising sprints with cross-functional teams to set goals and ensure timely delivery;
* Refining and writing clear user stories with stakeholders and the development team;
* Conducting customer research, gathering feedback and analysing trends to inform product decisions;
* Leading the Agile development team, facilitating stand-ups and retrospectives, while driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Demonstrated experience in managing product streams by defining and executing product vision;
* Demonstrated experience in managing product roadmaps based on customer insights;
* Experience in conducting research and stakeholder consultations;
* Experience in developing and managing stakeholder relationships;
* Experience in conducting analysis to identify issues and risks.
