National Sales Manager – Enterprise & Fleet
Viva Energy Australia is seeking a National Sales Manager – Enterprise & Fleet to lead its high performing Enterprise and Fleet sales team within our fast-growing Shell Card business.
This is a great opportunity, for an experienced salesperson, looking to take the next step into people management and lead a small team of experienced salespeople.
This hands‑on role suits a confident professional who is comfortable working across multiple customer portfolio’s and capable of building strong client relationships within the Fleet, Government and Corporate sectors.

The Role
Leading, mentoring, managing and recruitment of sales teamStrategic planning and execution to drive growth across the Enterprise & Fleet portfolio.Negotiation of high value complex deals with Enterprise Level accounts.Guidance on customer strategic account plans, ensuring strong partnerships and long-term growth.Conducting one-on-one coaching, performance reviews, and goal settingAnalysing sales data, KPIs, and market conditions to guide strategyRecruiting, onboarding, and developing sales talent
About You
Commercially minded, performance-driven, and calm under pressureStrong personal sales background with a track record of delivering growth. Motivated by building teams and culture rather than personal salesDemonstrated success in delivering sales budgets and business outcomesStrong commercial and data analysis skillsExcellent relationship-building and negotiation capabilityComfort with ERP systems and remote customer managementA collaborative, strategic mindset with a bias for action
