About the role
Waterfall Gully Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Managing Pharmacist to join our team in Rosebud, Victoria. This full-time role will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of our pharmacy, ensuring we provide exceptional patient care and maintain the highest standards of pharmaceutical practice.
What you'll be doing
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including staff management, inventory control, and financial management
* Providing clinical expertise and high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients, including medication reviews, disease management, and patient education
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and professional standards
* Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and drive business growth
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, patient-centred care
* Mentoring and supporting the development of the pharmacy team
What we're looking for
* Registered pharmacist with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a community pharmacy setting
* Current Australian pharmacy registration is required at the time of application
* Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a pharmacy team
* A minimum of 3 years management experience is essential for this role
* Strong clinical and pharmaceutical expertise, with a focus on patient-centred care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare providers
* Adaptable and innovative, with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
* Strong business acumen and financial management skills
