As a Disability Support Worker, you will be providing person-centred support to male and female clients living with disability in Gosnells and surrounding suburbs.
Provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities in their homes or the community, with travel between clients and working short 3-6 hour split shifts.
Shifts fall between Monday to Friday primarily between 8am and 8:30pm.
Wednesday and occasional weekend availability required.

Independently support clients who display complex behaviours requiring high-level daily care
Assistance with basic personal care including teeth brushing and shaving
Facilitate inclusive community-based activities to promote social engagement
Provide transportation to appointments or community access
Domestic assistance including cleaning and meal preparation
Empower clients to find their strengths and promote independence
Respond to changing routines and support needs in volatile environments
Skills & Experience
Ability to work autonomously supporting clients one on one in the community
An unrestricted Western Australia driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Demonstrated ability to use basic technology and software on a mobile and desktop
A current First Aid Certificate, which includes the course HLTAID003 or HLTAID011
Successful candidates will be required to clear all state-based probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Pay rates starting from $***** (casual)
