The Allied Health Admin Supervisor role provides leadership and supervision to ensure the delivery of high-quality client-focused frontline services in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage staff in an administrative and clinical setting, providing supervision, leadership, and support as required.
* Problem solve, establish work priorities, and meet deadlines to ensure continuity of administrative support services.
* Work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team, maintaining relationships with team members, staff, leaders, clients, and stakeholders.
* Exercise high-level interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating sound judgement, discretion, and ethical decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven ability to work in contemporary information technology systems such as HBCIS ieMR, Intermedial Medical Terminology, and digital capabilities.
* Highly developed administrative skills, including experience with Microsoft 365, District Resources, S4HANA, MyHR, WINC, and Queensland Health enterprise solutions.
* Vaccination against certain vaccine-preventable diseases is mandatory.
