Your main responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
* Facilitate the end-to-end delivery of digital projects on scope, cost and schedule
* Work alongside a dynamic group of individuals to produce actual, impactful results for our clients
* Maintain excellent relationships with key client stakeholders
* Look for opportunities to grow assigned accounts
* Be a catalyst to ensure every team member is performing to their utmost potential
Essential Requirements:
* 3-4 years working in Digital Project Manager or similar role, preferably at a digital agency
* Strong digital project delivery experience across different digital platforms like BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Shopify Plus, etc.
* Strong understanding of ecommerce and customer-facing digital platforms
* Strong communication & presentation skills; and ability to influence outcomes
* Ability to work on multiple, simultaneous projects of all sizes and complexity
* Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
