What you'll do
* Be the go-to person for IT support (Level 1 & 2)
* Manage the IT ticketing system and keep things moving
* Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, and networks
* Help with Windows servers, backups, and security patches
* Support ERP software and admin tools like SharePoint and email systems

What we're looking for
* Hands‑on attitude, calm under pressure, love of helping people.
* Experience providing IT support in busy environments.
* Minimum 3‑5 years of IT support experience.
* Knowledge of IT ticketing systems and Azure Active Directory.
* Ability to work independently and solve problems fast.
* Bonus points for SharePoint, Exchange Online, Dynamics 365, or Cyber Security know‑how.
