About the Role
Our Team Members are the face of Woolies. They provide friendly service across the store, from stocking shelves, displaying fresh fruit & veg, picking online orders, to being the last friendly face as customers leave.
Responsibilities
* Greet, acknowledge, show care and thank customers for shopping at Woolies.
* Adhere to policies & procedures to keep the store safe, identifying and reporting hazards.
* Help customers by answering questions or directing them to products.
* Maintain shelves, ensuring they are fully stocked and tidy for quick shopping.
* Shop online orders, ensuring customers receive their items.
