Administration Support Role
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Administration Support professional to join our team.
* Administrative support for our day-to-day operations
* Process accounts payable, including matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes
* Enter invoices into MYOB, allocate to correct GL code and job number
* Follow up on credit notes and perform monthly reconciliations against supplier statements
* Assist with payroll, QLeave, and HR tasks
* Liaise with staff and clients as required
The successful applicant will have experience in MS Office 365, MYOB AccountRight, and good communication skills. Knowledge of Deputy Time Management and CoConstruct Project Management is desirable but not essential.
Salary: From $50,000.00 per year
