As an EL1 Scrum Master, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding agile delivery teams, coordinating project activities, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with product owners, domain leads, and cross-functional squads to ensure project outcomes align with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables using agile and waterfall approaches. Coordinate sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. Coach team members in agile frameworks and scrum practices. Guide development teams to higher levels of scrum maturity. Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and new requests. Build a productive team environment with clear accountability. Monitor project progress, maintain RAID logs, and escalate concerns as needed. Ensure governance aligns with agency frameworks and standards. Desirable Skills Flexibility to support squad needs beyond core responsibilities. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience using project management tools and templates. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What You'll Bring Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach. Strong understanding of agile, scrum, and waterfall methodologies.
