About the Role
This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing position that plays a critical role in the success of our dealership. Your daily duties will include:
* Interpreting and supplying motorcycle parts and Honda Power Products parts
* Assisting retail and workshop customers with accurate parts identification
* Processing parts orders, quotes, and invoices
* Managing incoming and outgoing freight
* Maintaining stock accuracy and inventory control
* Merchandising shelves and displays to a high standard
* Liaising with suppliers and up backorders
* Supporting technicians with parts for jobs to ensure efficient workflow
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional parts department
What We're Looking For
* Experienced in motorcycle or automotive parts interpreting
* Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
* Customer‑focused with strong communication skills
* Passionate about motorcycles and the industry
* Organised and able to work efficiently under pressure
* A team player with a positive attitude
* Previous automotive parts experience is a definite advantage
Hours of Work
* Monday to Friday: 8:15am – 5:00pm
* Saturday: 8:15am – 1:00pm
* Every second Saturday rostered off
