Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global Costing team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate project and cost accounting across all regions.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing staff time allocations, supporting billing accuracy, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver timely and precise costing services.
You will work closely with Team Leaders and Supervisors to drive consistency and excellence across the business, from managing timesheet systems to reconciling staff data.
About the Role
* Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports
* Process transactions and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to colleagues and management
Your Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in financial operations, preferably in a shared service or consultancy environment
* Proficient in transactional data processing with high speed and accuracy
* Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle or JDE
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
* Effective communicator with a customer-first mindset
