ALLFAB Supplies is seeking a Branch Manager / Operations Supervisor to oversee branch operations, support sales and warehouse teams, and continue delivering the high level of customer service our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities
This is a varied, hands-on leadership role, including (but not limited to):
* Managing day-to-day branch operations
* Attending to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
* Processing customer orders and quotations accurately
* Generating purchase orders in line with demand and supplier lead times
* Liaising with suppliers and freight providers to manage incoming and outgoing shipments
* Monitoring delivery schedules and following up suppliers to prevent delays
* Raising and processing supplier credit claims as required
* Maintaining internal controls related to inventory, distribution, and transport
* Setting up new SKUs and maintaining existing product data
* Managing supplier price lists and updating pricing in internal systems
* Providing leadership, support, and direction to internal sales staff
* Leading and coordinating warehouse operations and staff
* Driving a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* A strong “can-do” attitude and practical problem-solving mindset
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* At least 2 years’ experience in a busy internal sales, operations, warehouse, or supervisory role
* Door hardware industry experience (highly regarded)
* Technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
* Knowledge of Commercial door and window hardware (advantageous – training provided)
* Strong OH&S awareness
* A current driver’s license
* Solid computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, and Word)
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and loyalty to the team
* Flexibility across duties and responsibilities
* Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
