An opportunity has become available for a Part Time Medical Receptionist to join our team at Campaspe Family Practice.
The successful candidate will hit the ground running and be highly motivated with a sound background in customer service. Proficient computer skills are essential with a knowledge of medical software including Best Practice desirable.
Daily tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Excellent customer service – you will be the first point of contact for our patients, in person and on the phone.
- Maintaining confidentiality while managing patient records.
- Processing payments, Medicare and third-party claims and reconciliations
- Effective management of patient appointment types
- General administration and daily office duties
- Duties as required by Doctors and the Practice Manager

Availability across Monday to Saturday is required with the role for approx 20 hours/3 days per week
We are located in the heart of Kyneton within the Macedon Ranges, we are a busy practice and pride ourselves on offering our patients a range of specialised services close to home.
