We are a “different kind of Pharmacy” looking for qualified Naturopath to join the Pharmacy Network Team at our Pharmacy on Franklin store in Manuka.
We have a full time or part time role available Monday to Friday, Saturday and / or Sunday, very flexible. We are looking for a Naturopath not only to assist our customers in a retail environment but to take on a training role within the whole Network Group, helping our Pharmacy Assistants with product selection and conditions training, along with selling skills, to give the customer the best health outcome. We are service focused and offer traditional pharmacy services alongside natural and holistic remedies so our patients and customers can choose an integrated approach to managing their healthcare.
Our Naturopaths work in a dedicated area of the Pharmacy and are a highly respected professional member of our team. You will need to be able to work with professional brands including Eagle, Medlab, Bioceuticals, Orthoplex and Martin & Pleasance. We also have a large range of protein and digestible collage including all major brands.
As we are a pharmacy, you will also be required to support other areas of the store, helping our customers receive outstanding service across our whole business. We support our patients’ choice to select vegan, chemical-free products and we offer natural and/or chemical free choices in every department across the Pharmacy.

You will be working in a dedicated department as a respected member of our professional team that includes Pharmacists, qualified dispensary technicians and pharmacy assistants.
Training role, you will need to be able to pass on your knowledge to the whole Pharmacy Network Team, working with all levels of team members. Training them on key features and benefits of our products, how to select the best products for our customers, helping them to become confident in recommending products to our customers.
The Role
As a healthcare organisation that respects the role of both traditional and natural health solutions, you will be responsible for a large department including organic food, supplements, homeopathic solutions and weight management and team members training, being responsible for:
· Providing our patients with exceptional health care outcomes
· A well-presented department
· Managing the day to day running of your department
· Providing feedback regarding product required or on trend
· Be willing to support patients across all sections within the pharmacy, not only natural health solutions
· Provide training for team members, one on one and in large groups
· Work with the education team on our in store training manual and suggestion cards for team members to refer to.
You will need:
· Excellent product knowledge
- Be able to sell products in a retail environment
· Ideally a qualification Naturopathy, nutrition or homeopathy
· Be able to work with fellow team members on a training program
You will need experience working in a health food store or equivalent and have an excellent knowledge of all products including professional brands sold in this environment.
