Program Manager for Early and Middle Years
This is a key leadership role that oversees the day-to-day operational and administrative requirements of our early childhood and middle years programs in Katherine.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading high-performing teams delivering these types of programs from a strengths-based perspective, using strong computer and data collection skills. They will work effectively with children and families including culturally diverse communities and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families.

Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations within our early childhood and middle years programs
* Lead and develop a dedicated team of practitioners
* Identify, manage, and monitor risks to service delivery, program quality, staff wellbeing and child safeguarding
* Maintain stakeholder relationships in the local community to support referral pathways for vulnerable families to engage with our programs
Requirements:
* Experience in leading a team delivering early childhood and middle years programs
* Strong computer and data collection skills
* Knowledge/experience in working with children and families including culturally diverse communities and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families
