We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Logan Hyperdome Creative store, managing a large team and driving sales and profit through store excellence, stock management and exceptional customer experience.

Role Responsibilities
* Coordinate the full employee life cycle
* Build and develop a customer‑service focused team
* Achieve sales growth and meet store KPI targets
* Launch catalogue campaigns and visual merchandising initiatives
* Daily stock recovery & replenishment
* Implement stock‑integrity initiatives to increase department profit
* Manage high‑volume stock movement efficiently
The Ideal Candidate
* Strong time management and multitasking skills
* Experience in visual merchandising and activity set‑up
* Physically capable of handling large volumes of stock
* Owner’s mindset with a passion for inspiring the team
* Resilient, innovative problem‑solver
* Ability to analyse sales, reporting and P&L data
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT competency
* First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)
