As an Employment Consultant, you will work closely with participants to identify their employment goals and develop strategies to achieve them. You will also build relationships with local businesses to create job opportunities for our participants.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You may have experience in sales, retail, call centre, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration. However, what is most important is that you are a champion of diversity and inclusion, with a strong ability to connect with people from all backgrounds.
Some key skills and qualifications include:
* A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
* A MyGovID (Standard level)
* Willingness to complete a National Police Check
* Able to pass a Working with Children Check
* Availability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
