Responsibilities
* Provide high-level executive support to the APAC IFS Leader, managing calendars, expenses, and domestic and international travel (with occasional flexibility across time zones).
* Coordinate and deliver APAC-wide meetings, events, and webinars to ensure seamless execution.
* Manage ANZ administrative operations, including vendor payments, contract renewals, purchase requisitions (SAP), and fleet coordination.
* Plan and support complex local and international meetings and events in collaboration with regional administrative teams.
* Oversee SharePoint sites and Microsoft Teams channels for the APAC IFS Leadership Team and broader organisation.
* Act as the central point of contact for data, reporting, and information requests (e.g. ABS, auditors, internal metrics).
* Respond to employee queries on processes, policies, and programs.
* Coordinate team initiatives across ANZ and APAC (e.g. safety programs, well-being activities).
* Support HR processes, including recruitment coordination and onboarding.
* Serve as a key liaison across functions, ensuring alignment on processes, communications, and key initiatives.
