We are seeking an experienced sales administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our rural sales team by processing sales documentation, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process Sales Documentation: The successful candidate will process all sales documentation including quotes to sales orders and progress payment invoicing as per company procedures.
* Educate Customers: Educate customers on how to complete sales paperwork and the requirements at each stage in the tank life cycle.
* Liaise with Customers: Liaise with customers on questions or queries regarding the sales paperwork or general enquiries.
* Point of Contact: Be a point of contact for incoming calls to the office and distribute those calls appropriately.
* General Admin Duties: Aiding with general admin duties across the business when reasonably required.

* Computer Skills: Good understanding of MS Office and excellent computer skills are required.
