Senior Data Business Analyst | Finance Transformation
Join our Group Treasury Capital team, supporting the delivery of a significant Financial Planning and Analysis Transformation Program. As part of a growing project team, you will work closely with our delivery partners, technology, and business teams.

What role will you play?
You will lead the implementation of a major transformation to enhance balance sheet efficiency, improve risk management, and enable bottom-line growth across our businesses. You will play a key role in delivering a Capital and Group Financial Planning and Analysis transformation project, acting as a liaison between business users and technology delivery teams.
Your responsibilities include interpreting and documenting business and data requirements, improving forecasting processes, and stress testing to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory obligations.
What you offer
* 7+ years’ experience as a business analyst, producing data requirements within a business context
* Proficiency in data analysis and SQL, with the ability to translate functional requirements into data requirements
* Experience in data definition, data lineage, and data quality analysis
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently
* Experience in capital projects is advantageous
