Strategic Asset Manager
The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of long-term asset management strategies, policies, and processes to optimise Council's asset base.
This role drives continuous improvement and advances asset management maturity, providing high-level advice to executive leadership and integrating asset planning with financial planning.
* Lifecycle modelling: overseeing lifecycle modelling for major infrastructure assets.
* Risk frameworks: developing risk frameworks to inform decision-making.
