About the Role
You'll provide culturally sensitive diabetes education and support in remote communities, helping patients manage chronic conditions and improve long-term health outcomes. You'll work autonomously, adapt to diverse patient needs, and become a trusted part of the local healthcare team.
What You'll Need
* Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration
* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
* Post-grad qualification in Diabetes Education and Management
* Accreditation with Australian Diabetes Educators Association (ADEA)
