You'll be part of a small team at the forefront of a global industry. Using robotics, mechatronics, and our proprietary software to create large-scale, automated 3D metal printing solutions.
You'll be a key player in a collaborative, cross-functional team, working closely with robotics and mechatronics engineers to build software that seamlessly integrates with hardware systems, enabling an end-to-end automated Wire Additive Manufacturing process.
What you'll do
Lead the design and development of innovative software solutions in
Rust, C++ and related technologies
.
Collaborate with robotics and mechatronics experts to optimise automated manufacturing.
Build
reusable libraries, APIs, and scalable platforms
.
Drive best practice in Agile, DevOps, testing and automation.
Mentor engineers, shape technical strategy, and contribute to product roadmaps.
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a technical leader delivering complex software solutions.
Deep knowledge of
Rust and/or C++
; experience with CGAL, other 3D or path planning concepts, Qt, and UI frameworks is a plus.
Strong background in
Agile, TDD/automated testing, CI/CD, and DevOps culture
.
Adaptive mindset with a can-do attitude and passion for exploring AI tooling.
Collaborative engineer who thrives in a small, fast-moving team.
Must be
an
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
.
Location
Adelaide preferred (hybrid model).
