The Impact You'll Make in This Role
* Total Ownership: You will have responsibility to understand the entire billing process for your assigned accounts, from invoicing, credits, rebates, payments and cash application.
* Impact at Scale: Responsible for around 500 direct customer accounts with high commercial value and complexity.
* Strategic Partnerships: Work with customers as partners to deliver an excellent commercial experience, including a collaborative approach to billing reconciliation.
* Strategic Analysis: Independently review detailed AR data across various reporting platforms to devise the most effective collection approach to meet KPIs.
* Make A Difference: Participate in continuous improvement and troubleshooting initiatives that help Solventum improve both customer satisfaction and cash-related KPIs.
* Reports to ANZ Accounts Receivable Leader (based in Sydney).
What You Bring
* Proven skillset in Accounts Receivable: Strong experience with account reconciliation and understanding of the billing process including collection strategies, dispute resolution, credit management, payment terms and cash application.
* Customer Obsession: Solve problems before they escalte and deliver a frictionless experience across the customer journey.
* Process Excellence: Track record of improving process and operations within previous teams.
* Strategic Communication: Confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
* Data Excellence: Moderate to advanced Excel and/or Power BI skills (V‑lookups, pivots and data manipulation). A test exercise is part of the interview.
* Technical Agility: Experience with multiple ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and tools like Salesforce, with fast learning of new systems.
* Market Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare, dental or pharmaceutical markets with experience based here in Australia or New Zealand.
Qualifications
* 4+ years' experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, Customer Service, Procurement, Finance, or Supply Chain.
* Track record of leading and developing high‑performance teams.
* Bachelor's degree or higher.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Certifications in Excel, Power BI, Accounting, Business, Six Sigma, Agile or Project Management are a plus.
