Cowell Clarke, a prominent Australian commercial law firm, seeks an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to provide administrative support to 1-2 Directors and their legal teams in our Sydney office. The role involves a variety of tasks including:
* maintaining accurate records and billing
* coordinating the team's schedule, emails, and travel arrangements
* liaising with clients to ensure seamless communication
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with legal practice software such as NetDocs and Affinity would be advantageous but not essential.
