Client Services Officer Role
We are seeking an individual to deliver exceptional client service and administrative support in a boutique financial planning practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming calls and enquiries
* Greet and welcome clients in the office
* Emails and written correspondence
* Scheduling appointments
* Liaising with clients on behalf of Advisors
* Appointment preparation and personal assistance as required
The ideal candidate is warm, approachable, and enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients. They have fantastic communication skills, are fun, friendly, and able to balance front-of-house service with administrative tasks as needed.
