The Role
We are seeking Psychologists or Mental Health Care Social Workers with a minimum of three years of experience in private practice to join our warm and values-aligned team.

Location: Collingwood, Victoria (Hybrid with telehealth options)
Type: Part-time (3 to 4 days) or Full-time (5 days per week)

we have supported individuals, couples, communities and businesses through therapy, coaching, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), Athlete Assistance Programs (AAP), training, and consultancy.
We are growing with purpose, working to transform mental healthcare by making affirming, sustainable support widely accessible, with a strong client engagement footprint and meaningful impact for those who need it most.
Our clinic space includes an inviting waiting room managed by a friendly front-of-house team, 14 comfortable consultation rooms and 3 telehealth pods.
In the back-of-house co-working area you'll find an abundance of natural light, lush greenery, shared books and resources, and the comforting presence of Hugo, our beloved therapy dog.
The space also includes a versatile studio / lounge for workshops or relaxed "bean bag time," and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with AllPress coffee and a variety of teas.

What You Will Be Doing
Client Care: Deliver evidence-based care in line with your training and clinical strengths
Team Engagement: Participate in peer supervision, learning forums, and reflective practice
Professional Development: Access support to refine your skills and expand into areas of interest
Sustainable Workload: Maintain a manageable caseload with dedicated time for non-clinical work
Flexible Working: Shape your schedule to balance telehealth, in-person care, and professional wellbeing

What You Will Bring
AHPRA registration as a Psychologist (general or endorsed), or AASW accreditation as a Mental Health Social Worker
At least three years of clinical experience, including experience in private practice settings
Familiarity with third-wave CBT approaches (e.g., ACT, CBT and CFT)
Interest in reflective team practice and shared learning
A commitment to inclusive and client-centred care
Medicare registration and the right to work in Australia
