Rowlands Pharmacy is seeking an experienced NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services to work as a Pharmacy Assistant at the {Branch Name} hospital pharmacy.
Responsibilities
* Participate in all branch processes and establish relationships with customers, patients, healthcare professionals and Trust colleagues.
* Dispense medication on outpatient prescriptions.
* Stock ordering and management.
* Invoicing and financing deliveries.
* Other duties associated with working in a busy outpatient pharmacy.
Qualifications & Requirements
* NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course.
* Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification.
* Evidence of qualifications required.
* Experience working in a customer‐focused environment.
* Strong understanding of confidentiality.
* Ability to handle medications accurately.
* Self‐motivation with good interpersonal skills.
* Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
Hours & Working Pattern
Total Hours Contracted: 40 hrs.
Working Pattern: M-8 T-8 W-8 T-8 F-8 S-0 S-0
