Airport Operations Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced airport operations professional to lead our team and ensure the smooth, safe and efficient running of airport operations.
The successful candidate must have the ability to proactively anticipate changing priorities and have a hands-on approach.
This is a critical leadership role where you will drive excellence across safety, service, operational performance and people development while representing our airline within the airport.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead day-to-day airport operations, ensuring compliance with all safety, security and quality standards.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences across every touchpoint.
* Drive operational excellence in areas such as safety management, on-time performance, baggage handling and contingency planning.
* Inspire, mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration.
* Manage suppliers, ensuring contract compliance and high service standards.
* Oversee station costs and drive efficiencies without compromising safety or quality.
* Maintain strong relationships with authorities, industry partners and stakeholders.
* Lead crisis and disruption management plans, ensuring operational continuity and care for customers.
* Partner with regional and head office teams to deliver company-wide initiatives and local improvement projects.
